Services We Provide
1. Consultation.
We offer a Free Consultation where we can meet at your property, discuss your needs, offer advice and give you a full run down of all the costs that will be incurred before you start building.
2. Measured Survey
We book you in for a full survey of your property where we take full measurements of your entire house.
3. Design Meeting
We return after a couple of weeks with full designs based on our discussions. We can then make alterations if you feel any are required. At the end of this meeting we have a proposal ready to submit to planning.
4. Planning Submittal
We then complete all your application forms, and, along with associated maps and reports, we submit your drawings to the council and continue to act as your agent, negotiating with the council to get your planning agreed.
5. Building Regulation Drawings
After we have gained your Planning Permission we the create a second set of drawings, that include foundation plans, timer, joist and rafter plans, insulation guide, steel guide etc. Firstly this is the set of drawings that the builders will use to create your build quote, but these drawings also then need to be resubmitted to the council building control team to gain Building Regulations Permission.
6. Completion
During Building Regulations we assist in gathering together waterboard consent, Structural Engineers Calculations etc so that a full package can be put together and handed over to your builder along with copies of all the certificates along the way. Once at this point, it’s all about the builder, and building your dream home!
